INGREDIENTS
- 45mL Drambuie Scotch Liqueur
- 5mL Fernet Branca
- 45mL Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 22.5mL Fresh Lime Juice
- 30mL Soda Water

HOW TO
1. Add all the ingredients except the soda water to your cocktail shaker & fill with ice
2. Shake & strain over fresh ice into a high ball glass
3. Top with a dash of soda & stir
4. Garnish with a twist of orange peel

Creation of Bacardi Legacy 2015 winner, Barney Toy. Inspired by the luxury and style on board Pan American Airway’s 1st Class flight that flew Florida to Havana during Prohibition.

INGREDIENTS
- 45mL Bacardi Carta Blanca
- 15mL Aperol Aperitivo
- 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15mL Orgeat
- 1/2 Egg White
- 3 drops of Peychaud’s Bitters

HOW TO
1. Dry shake the egg white
2. Add the remaining ingredients to your cocktail shaker
3. Shake & double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass
4. Finish with 3 drops of Peychaud’s Bitters

#4 Amaretto Sour Cocktail Recipe – The BEST!!

INGREDIENTS
- 45mL Amaretto
- 15mL Bourbon Whiskey
- 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- 1/2 an Egg White

HOW TO
1. Separate the egg white from the yolk and add half to your shaker
2. Add a single cube of ice and shake to emulsify the egg (this is called a 'dry shake')
3. Add the remaining ingredients and fill the cocktail shaker with ice
4. Shake & strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass
5. Garnish with a twist of orange and bitters

- 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 22.5mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- 1 x Egg White
- 30mL Red Wine

1. Dry shake the egg white
2. Fill your shaker with ice and add the remaining ingredients except for the red wine
3. Shake & strain over fresh ice into a Double Old Fashioned glass
4. Float the red wine on top

- 30mL Tanqueray Gin

- 90-100mL Sparkling Wine
