If you love all things coffee (Attention Espresso Martini fans!) then you’ll be a crazed fan of the Dominicana. The gently layered cream and a touch of sugar help to cut through the strong drink, making for a very tasty sipper.
– 45mL Aged Rum
– 45mL Coffee Liqueur (e.g. Kahlua)
– 7.5mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
1. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2. Shake & double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
3. Float cream on top
