How to make a Gin Bramble?
Essentially a gin sour with a splash of blackberry liqueur. A tasty number that balances the sourness with sweet fruit flavors.
– 45mL Gin
– 22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice
– 22.5mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
– 22.5mL Creme de Mure (or substitute with Chambord)
1. Add all the ingredients except the creme de mure to your cocktail shaker
2. Shake & strain over fresh ice into a double old-fashioned glass
3. Garnish with skewered blackberries or a twist of lemon
