Dom Naschokina Art Gallery (2/5)

This unique museum is located in an ancient mansion, situated in the middle of Moscow. Various works by selected artists are displayed through modern art, historical themes, and photo exhibits. One of the most enchanting events that take place in this mansion is Family Theatre, a creation of a famous artist-puppeteer, Victor Nazariti. A timeless tale, “The Mouse King,” is recreated here, in the tradition of Vetepnogo Theatre, with storytelling through the artist’s beautifully carved, wooden dolls. The artwork visitors will find in this art gallery is as unique as the mansion itself, and a definite must-see, especially for those traveling with young children.

The Art Gallery is open from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Mondays through Fridays, and from 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Saturdays and Sundays. Pokrovka 3/7, Moscow
